With a combination of strengthening exercises, skills and sequences unlock a new found love. Inspire and challenge yourself and be pleasantly surprised with your capabilities with aerial silks! You will learn Innovative and intricate ways to flow on the silk! Learn new sequences, broken down into slow, attainable steps, that will have your mind twisting but your body flowing! Learn transitions of skill to skill, with various add-on’s, poses and simple drops to create new ways sequencing in the air.

A variation of the aerial silks, where the fabric is suspended from its ends, creating a loop at the bottom that performers can support themselves from. Also called the aerial sling or loop, the hammock has been popularised by aerial yoga, and is a great stepping stone and introduction to aerial fabrics.
The aerial hoop is a metal ring suspended from the ceiling, where performers spin, climb and wrap their bodies around the hoop to strike poses, rolls, and even drops!
It’s a beginner-friendly apparatus for those looking to start in the aerial arts!
We offer kids' classes for ages 6 and up in aerial silks, sling and lyra. Students spin, hang, climb and play while learning basic aerial skills. Focused training helps students release their creativity, build body awareness, and improve self confidence. All classes are taught over high density gymnastic mats with an emphasis on safety and proper technique. Classes are limited to 6-8 students maximum for more individualized instruction and each student on their own apparatus.
