STUDIO POLICIES

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Please spend some time to read through our studio policies carefully.

Kindly contact us or any of our staffs if you seek for further clarification on any of our terms and conditions.

LATE POLICIES

DON'T BE LATE !!!

For safety reasons, students will not be allowed to enter the class more than 10 minutes after it has started. Instructors abide by this policy and will not let students in after the 10 minute mark. We ask that you respect our instructors and other students by showing up on time.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be refunded for your class if you are late.

NEW STUDENTS

We have a strict late policy, where students are not permitted to enter a class 10 minutes after it has started. New students will also need to sign a waiver before taking any classes, so please allocate time for this as well as getting acquainted with the studio.

We suggest arriving no less than 15 minutes before your scheduled class to give yourself the needed time and avoid being late!

CANCELATION POLICY

We have a 6-hour cancelation policy.  If you cancel your class more than 6 hours before your scheduled class’s start time, your class credit will be returned to your account.

If you cancel after the 6-hour cancelation period (i.e. late cancel) or do not show up, you will lose the class credit and will not be refunded.

SIGN-UP POLICY

Our class sizes are limited of 6 students per class and we encourage you to sign-up ahead of time to guarantee your spot in class.

We also recommend signing up, as any class with less than 3 students in it, is subject to cancelation up to 12-hours prior to the scheduled start time.

OPEN PRACTICES

Open practice slots ( without instructor) are for students to practice on their own.

We want everyone to enjoy training with us and do so safely. Please follow these rules whilst in practice session:

ATTIRE

Please wear proper workout attire when taking classes. Proper attire for classes includes sports bras and/or tank tops, fitted shorts, leggings or sweat pants.

For aerial classes, you should wear leggings to protect the back of your knees. No transparent material or undergarments are allowed to be worn in place of workout clothing.
