NATALIE
Aerial silks dance (tissu) was Natalie's "love at first sight" and she has been in love with aerial silks dance for over 8 years.
Natalie is a certified yoga instructor and aerial silks dance instructor from reputable aerial schools and training program such as Aerial Physique, Womack and Bowman, Aerial Compass. She was previously trained in both Singapore ( Starz Aerial, Aerial Fitness Studio, Aerial & Floor) and Australia (Elemental Aerial Studio, Levitates Fitness, Blue Circus).
An engineer by training, Natalie has been amazed at how movements and drops in aerial silks taught her more about physics and the other way round. She loves teaching and being surrounded by her dedicated students. Seeing their continuous progress and growth through their aerial journey gives her great sense of fulfillment in her coaching days. She can't wait to share her love and passion for aerial silks to build a stronger you !
NHU
Nhu is a marathon runner, she joined various long distance races. She is an editor for HTV news (the main Vietnamese television network ) but a trial class in aerial silks dance in 2018 started her off on an amazing aerial journey and she has not looked back since.
She finds joy exploring shapes and movements on aerial silks dance, while cultivating strength, flexibility, and mental agility.
She remains inspired through the years, and hopes to continue to inspire a new generation of aerialists by sharing her skills and philosophies.
"Every aerialist was once a beginner". She believes aerial silks has something for everyone and we can make magic in the air.
HOLLIE
Hollie is a designer by day, an aerialist by night. She went on to take her first aerial silks class and fell in love with it, for its combination of grace and strength. She finds it therapeutic to be able to dance freely in the air, and continues to be inspired by aerial family at SkyLab.
She is a certified aerial silks instructor ( ACE certified) and she loves sharing her passion, creativity for aerial arts with her students. You can expect to have fun and safe but exciting aerial drop in her class.
Besides aerial silks, Hollie is also exploring aerial poledance, aerial hoop and sling in her practice as extensions to her passion for aerial arts.
